Rebuilding from the ground up

This site was broken by a Joomla! update, and I have been busy rebuilding it from the ground up. Fortunately I've been able to recreate most of the content with the aid of the wonderful Wayback Machine, but I still need to get into the old site database to fill in some gaps (author biographies and bibliographies is the major one).

My sincere apologies to our readers - this all started with an attempt to make this website mobile-friendly, and ended in disaster.
