Bibliography for Michael and Andrew Lucas

The following is what I believe to be a comprehensive list of mine and my father's print publications in the field. It doesn't currently include things like photo contributions to other people's works, or Jürgen's prolific contributions (especially as a layout designer). Needless to add, we have all had some additional hand in each other's work in forms such as research and the inevitable proofreading.
